Hayley has over 20 years’ experience working with SMEs and large corporates in senior roles across sales, operations and strategic planning in the UK and Internationally. This has included developing and delivering strategic and operational plans, leading large-scale change programmes, holding national accountability for compliance in an FCA regulated environment and leading and motivating sales teams.
As founder of OPS-BOX Group, Hayley is passionate about supporting businesses to achieve their potential. She has a very clear and precise understanding of the challenges that businesses face with the ability to turn a problem into an opportunity.
With her extensive knowledge, wide-ranging experience and inspired approach she has developed a reputation that’s built on reliability, respect and trust.
Chief Commercial Officer
Kevin has over 40 years’ experience, many of which have been in operational focused board positions, this experience spans multiple sectors and business sizes, and he has a proven track record in achieving business growth.
As the Chief Commercial Officer of OPS-BOX Kevin enjoys supporting clients and the wider business community to grow and improve and he takes pride in being able to offer a balanced view, supported by well-rounded knowledge.
He is pragmatic, deliberate and a driver of operational excellence, he’s able to challenge perceptions in a knowledgeable and balanced way and has a proven track record of empowering and engaging senior executives and managers to achieve more.
Kevin is an accomplished and motivational leader of People, Development and Business Change while being hugely approachable and able to pick apart and simplify the most complex business challenges.
Claire is an Associate Director at OPS-BOX and works with clients to help them combat their operational challenges to drive business growth.
She has over 20 years of amassed experience working with SMEs and Corporates in a range of sectors including Manufacturing, Tech and Professional Services. Having gained extensive knowledge and expertise in senior roles across B2B Marketing, Business Development and Operational Improvement, Claire is well placed with helping boards and business owners join the dots and drive productivity and efficiency in the way that they operate.
Claire has delivered projects that range from strategic growth planning to process mapping and implementation of client journeys, is qualified in Business and Process improvement techniques and Agile Scrum Master trained, meaning she approaches project delivery in an agile way, to deliver real value for businesses from day one.
Claire takes a data driven analytical approach to all project delivery and works with businesses of all sizes to join the dots and ultimately grow profit.
Business Operations Consultant
Pam is an Associate Business Operations Consultant at OPS-BOX, responsible for working with our clients and helping them to achieve their growth ambitions.
Her specialisms are implementing business best practice and identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of sales management, procurement and cost reduction, and risk management and compliance.
Following a long career in ICT sales and sales management, Pam took a career break to study for a Graduate Diploma in Law and then ran her own procurement and cost management franchise for 10 years, where she helped her clients to achieve significant savings on their essential business service costs. In recent years Pam has worked with clients to implement risk management frameworks and achieve and maintain compliance with industry accreditations, including ISO 9001/14001 and Cyber Essentials.
Pam takes an analytical and collaborative approach towards rapid problem-solving and is focused on achieving results through clear communication and effective project management. She particularly enjoys building long-term business relationships with clients and suppliers and believes in achieving trusted advisor status through her commercial business acumen and “can-do” approach towards
Business Operations Consultant
Liz is an Associate Business Operations Consultant at OPS-BOX, responsible for working with our clients specialising in people and change management, with a real passion for getting the best out of the team to support business growth and implement change.
With over 20 years’ experience across a range of industry sectors and within the SME environment, Liz has a proven ability to lead and manage teams, establish strategy and structure to deliver measurable business performance improvements, and effectively deliver change programmes.
CIPD qualified, Liz delivers on all aspects of people management to get the best out of the team, supporting with recruitment, retention, restructuring, performance management and reward frameworks, as well as implementing consistent policies and procedures appropriate to the business size and significantly the culture.
Increasingly Liz has focused on supporting businesses to deliver environmentally considered strategies, building greater integrity into business plans, which combine Environmental, Sustainability and Governance practices, focusing on all aspects of sustainability through people and for the planet beyond profit.
Liz has a positive energy and passion for continuous improvement which enables others to exceed their own expectations.
